Smarty's Procurement is a division of
Roady's Truck Stops, the largest truck stop chain in the United States. Smarty's is able to offer school districts the consolidated savings and buying power of Roady's 2,000 + truck stops
and convenience stores.
Roady's was founded in 2006 by Scott Moscrip and Kelly Rhinehart and both were educated and raised in
Idaho. Scott is a graduate of New Plymouth High School and Kelly is a graduate of Fruitland High School.
Dan Bofenkamp is Smarty's Procurement Project Manager, he is a Wallace High School graduate and resides
in Boise. Dan has extensive experience in e-commerce and has worked with school districts across Idaho and Oregon in
several capacities for many years.
Based in New Plymouth, Idaho, Smarty's is committed to developing and implementing cost-saving programs and
services, and providing solutions that will positively enhance school districts bottom line. We are not just a
one-stop shop website but a full service negotiator for our member school districts.
